I have purchased the galaxy Z fold 6 and the seller informed me that there is an offer for 2 years Samsung care+ available at the time of purchase.
After I purchased the phone when I check in the members app,the offer was shown as a banner in the app. I have claimed the offer, and I received a message that you will be notified.
But I didn't got any response and raised a request in the live chat.
Later I got a call from Samsung stating that the offer was not available at the time of purchase. But I informed them that I already shared the screen shot of the banner.
But still Samsung didn't provide me the offer which is shown in the members application which is not a good gesture to the customer.
We apologize for this inconvenience , but you are facing to assist you more please provide us with invoice copy with the IMEI from the settings - about phone - IMEI 1.
