Samsung providing wrong info.

I bought my Samsung from Samsung at Bur Juman on 26th Dec 2018. It was clearly advertised that the phone would have entertainer. It worked for 5 days only. So I went back to Samsung at BurJuman and they said it expires on 31st Dec 2018. I feel really cheated. And now I feel I shud have got an Apple XS instead of the Samsung.

my entertainer vouchers show that they will expire in Dec 2019. so can I safely assume that these vouchers r valid? pls confirm
