Why I cant find my voucher code for entertainer

1. Which device are you trying from?
2. Are you trying on the Benefits section within the Samsung Members app?
3. If you are indeed checking within the Benefits section, are you able to see the Entertainer banner or is the banner not visible at all?

Yes I'm trying from samsung member app
Yes am able the see the banner but when I'm clicking show voucher it tells me no code available
