Secure Folder data is protected separately from normal device data, so it may not transfer in the same way as regular files during Smart Switch transfer.
You may first transfer your regular data from Galaxy Z Fold3 to Galaxy Z Fold7 using Smart Switch. For Secure Folder content, we recommend moving the required files out of Secure Folder on the old device, transferring them to the new device, then setting up Secure Folder again on the Galaxy Z Fold7 and moving the files back inside.
To move files out of Secure Folder: Open Secure Folder > select the files > More options > Move out of Secure Folder.
After completing the transfer, please make sure to review and delete any sensitive files from the old device if they are no longer needed.
Hi Aqadir, you can transfer them using smart switch without the need to move them out. Simply start smart switch, and you can find the secure folder under applications. Unselect everything, press on apps, unselect everything, then only select secure folder. Once you start the move, you will be able to copy the secure folder data.
Or Alternatively, if you want to copy everything all at once, you can find it like i mentioned under applications.
