Secure folder backup error

I have been trying to back up my secure folder for a while now and each time I try I get an error message saying that the back up has failed. I have searched for help and I seen someone suggested backing up in chunks which I have also tried. It gets to a certain amount then another error message pops up saying Backup failed something went wrong and some data was lost. To avoid losing the data permanently restore your data before trying to back it up again.
What can I do to fix this?

Please bring your device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out my a technician and help resolve the issue. 

Find the nearest service center near you online, or on Samsung.com, or by calling the call center or passing by one of the Samsung brand stores.

Worked perfectly on Android 10 maybe a Samsung pass update in Android 11 broke it

I was having similar problems. I logged into Samsung Cloud online and found the backup was 75 GB++, so I deleted the cloud backup and backed up the phone again, which came in at 6.5 GB instead. Then I ran the secure folder backup and it worked fine.
