Galaxy Z FoldDid'nt work this as well. I am trying since three month but my secure folder backup is not restoring.
Backup failed something went wrong and some data was lost

Please bring your device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out my a technician and help resolve the issue.

Galaxy Z FoldWe are sorry for that however if your data synced on Samsung Cloud account, use the same account on your secure folder to restore data as below:
-Secure folder
-From the top right menu select Settings
-Backup and restore
-Add Samsung account
-Backup
Also, you can try to do the below steps to solve your issue:
-Settings
-Apps
-from the top right menu choose Show system apps
-Secure folder
-Storage
-Clear cache & Clear data
