Secure folder backup error

I have been trying to back up my secure folder for a while now and each time I try I get an error message saying that the back up has failed. I have searched for help and I seen someone suggested backing up in chunks which I have also tried. It gets to a certain amount then another error message pops up saying Backup failed something went wrong and some data was lost. To avoid losing the data permanently restore your data before trying to back it up again.
What can I do to fix this?

hi. i found the solution by myself and samsung never helps. dont use samsung pass in secure folder ur issue will be resolved

how do you disable Samsung Pass in Secure Folder..??

Go to secure folder then settings then MORE SETTINGS then SAMSUNG PASS is there remove it or disable it

Did'nt work this as well. I am trying since three month but my secure folder backup is not restoring. 

 

Backup failed something went wrong and some data was lost

 

Getting this message everytime. PLEASE HELP MEEEEEE

Please bring your device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out my a technician and help resolve the issue. 

Find the nearest service center near you online, or on Samsung.com, or by calling the call center or passing by one of the Samsung brand stores.

We are sorry for that however if your data synced on Samsung Cloud account, use the same account on your secure folder to restore data as below:

 

-Secure folder
-From the top right menu select Settings
-Backup and restore
-Add Samsung account
-Backup
Also, you can try to do the below steps to solve your issue:

-Settings
-Apps
-from the top right menu choose Show system apps
-Secure folder
-Storage
-Clear cache & Clear data
