Hi everybody..

I have been struggling with this problem for so long which is updating my Samsung Galaxy s10 plus ..

My software is still android 9 . I tried to the factory format still didn't work .. It drives me crazy and I started losing hope ..

please help guys ASAP

Better not to update. With so many problem in andriod 12
