Using Samsung galaxy s20 fe 5g frequent touch screen issue I have to hardly press to function

The problem worsens when you press the screen hard. this can easily happen if you put the phone in your pocket. I have faced this problem multiple times before. the bottom part ( home Navigation ) becomes unresponsive. I haven't faced these problems after the one ui 3.0 update. the problem is different for all

The most annoying is the the back button for me I have to press really hard

Should i remove the factory provided screen protector?
