Okay last week i bought the brand new s25 ultra and i am charging it on slow mod insted of the fast charging coz i am thinking of using this phone for anothrr 3 to 4 years so i just wanted to take care of the battery. But recently i noticed while chargin on slow mode with my 45 watt charger because i have never used the phone while charging but yesterday i noticed my screen becomes laggy irresponsive touch or ghost touch. Than i tried with my a55 25w charger it works fine i tried to know more from chat gpt it says because of battery management. Can anybody care to explain coz i cant focus thinking about it.
And i bought the new charger 35 watt is it ookay to use that new charger or old one is also okay?

This is common behavior. If you are charging with high power charger and higher capacity cable , this happens.

With my S23, IF I charge with 100W charger with 5A cable , I also see screen touch lagging.

This doesn't happen with normal 25W charger.

Also please note that not major degradation happens in 3 years if you use fast charging. I have most charged my phone S23 from 0 to 100% and always have fast charging on. Its more than 3 years now and Battery health is 93%.

Bottom line is don't worry too much and enjoy phone with it's all features.

Thank you for contacting Samsung and congratulations on your new device.

Please note that using either slow charging or fast charging is safe for your device, as Samsung devices are designed with battery protection and power management features to help maintain battery health over time. Using a 45W, 35W, or 25W Samsung compatible charger is normal and should not negatively affect the device or battery.

If you notice touch responsiveness issues while the device is charging, we recommend ensuring that the charger and cable used are original Samsung accessories or certified compatible products. You may also try updating the device software to the latest version by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install, and restart the device.

If the issue persists, please test charging with another cable or adapter to isolate the cause. If the device continues to show the same behavior, the device may require inspection. You can locate the nearest service center using the link below:
