i have the SAME issue since 4 months which i bought this phone. The lower right screen is not responsive and i have a horrible time while texting. specially the two lower keyboard bars. most of time i am writing texts in rotated mode, there is no any other way. i searched Google and many other forums for solution and all of them were just recommending to restart, reset to factory setting, and hard factory reset which you have to switch off the phone and then press and hold the upper volume, power button and home button all 3 together until the Samsung logo appears, then a menu appears and by the pressing the upper. and lower volume buttons you can scroll down and up, and by pressing the power button you can select and run the option. so both option is required that you should do. first deleting the cache partition and second factory resetting of the device. This instruction is all over the net and forums. YOU CAN TRY. MAYBE YOU GET LUCKY and this might help for a very short time. and after one or to days you will experience the same shit.
i am still searching for a solution to get red off this issue permanently. if i couldn't find any permanent solution during this month i will stop using of Samsung products forever and will also recommend everyone i know to NOT TO USE OR BUY ANY SAMSUNG SHIT.
