[solved] Galaxy S9 memory issue

Hi phone-mates!
I just want to ask for your help with my Galaxy S9 memory issue.
I bought this phone when it was announced, so it's been years Smiling_Face 
So the problem is that my memory is full, but I cannot clean it (picture below is from "Samsung Files"):

But If I go to "Device Care", I'll see that 20 GB are used with my pictures:

But the point is that my gallery is empty.
So I don't really know what should I delete to increase free space. Seems like I deleted everything, but my memory is still full. 
Could you please kindly advise, what should I do?

to clear cache go to settings
then click on apps.
list of apps appears the check apps like facebook, instagram, whatsapp etc. check the storage and click on it. you will find cache. then click on clear cache.

Hey, this really helped. I don't know how I didn't come to that solution by myself. You are the best!

if the problem still continues switch off the phone and wait for the phone to be off. then press and hold power button and volume up button until samsung logo appears and leave. then in boot menu clear cache option is there. you can scroll down using volume down button and clear cache. to select press switch on button. it will clear the cache
