security Update problem S7 edge

After installing the latest update my headphone doesn't work anymore..i can't hear anything at all and my music player recognises that the headphones is connected but can't hear anything ... and if i removed the headphone jack the music player is working in the phone speaker..

does any one know how to fix this ..or having the same problem

my phone works perfectly on latest update, that might be hardware issue

me pasa lo mismo pero mi celular es un s7 normal y solo de un lado se puede escuchar con un audifono
