s8 video cam focusing macro issue

my s8 camera cannot focus properly(macro) while im taking a video.. please help..anybody else having the same issue?

i did update still the same issue.. when i take a photo macro works perfectly.. but when taking video it doesnt work

I checked in the electronic store.. The same problem there for the s8

my s8 is perfectly fine now...

tap slightly the top part of the phone against your palm and it should release the macro focus
