Why i can't enable the private mode in new update galaxy s6 please help

i know the solution..i had that problem and like a miracle it got solved

go to settings_apps_systemapps_ look for private mode _then force stop the private mode_after that go to storage and clear cache for private mode in the same private mode app settings.

it will work for sure..i got the problem solved
