You must contact your nearest service provider. Or try reflashing the current firmware.

jusg a virus can do this
you can shutdown your phone and when you turn it on press and hold volume
you can now reset it to factory

backup and restore all data , last try to do this , if and that doesnt work, go to service center

go to settings>backup and restore turn off auto restart
