Please with the new software how does one screen record, can't seem to find it like in the older software version.

there is no particular software to screen record. however there is one way that you can screen record. im sure you will be aware of the game launcher app. open the game launcher app and there are 3 dots on the top right screen, press them and select the option add apps, however it is limited to few apps but it still works for games instagram whats app youtube
