I m using my s7 edge from 1 week but when ever I m typing some new words in my phone it's not saving in the dictionary like when I will type sm thing new it should save it for next time???

Yes, It would automatically save the words and then it would suggest it next time when you're typing a similar sentence.

In keyboard settings - Predictive needs to be enabled to make this work.
