can't use samsung pay

I bought my s7 edge in bahrain and after few days icon of Samsung pay appeared. but it did not work for me instead it kept saying currently available in UAE, now I m in india and it still shows currently available in UAE
,while all my friends with the same phone is able to use samsung pay.
pls help me use it.😣

Just spoke to Samsung about it and they say as per rules you can use bank cards of the country you purchased the phone from and not others. It's a policy but they could not give too many answers why its that way.
