Why s24 ultra image processing is a complete garbage?

So I've had s22 ultra for a while, and decided to upgrade it, and got the s24 ultra, and i must say, the s22 ultra pictures waaaaaay better, and it's mainly due to the s24 ultra processing images so badly... And here's an small example of many tries I've made since i got it.. Any solution or ideas why it's like this?

I've tried expert raw, and it makes it worse, this issue is mainly with 50mp camera

I just said it's with 50 mp. Why to have 50mp camera and can't use? I wanna use the 5x in the 50mp it's way higher quality and better in everything but then the processing destroys it
