Why my device is showing it is rooted

When I am opening Samsung pass it's showing device is rooted also, when opening wallet it's showing locked because of settings change

Don't buy products from noon and amazon. I think you have got this product for low price, think twice if they are giving products with low price means something like this will happen

Hello. Did you root it or install a rooting related app at any point in time?

If not, did your device have a previous owner? Or, did you give your device to someone to use, who may have rooted it.

To be sure if your device has not been altered, OS-wise, please do the following:

In the Members app, go to the Support tab and then tap on Phone diagnostics. Then run the one for Official software. See what it says. I have attached a screenshot to this message.15 October 2024 153416 GMT+0400_46704_1728992056.jpg

Hi I have visited the samsung service center, they confirmed the device is tried to install unauthorised software. Same I have complained to the Noon customer service which I bought the device then it returned and they rectified the issue and refunded
