Galaxy SIf not, did your device have a previous owner? Or, did you give your device to someone to use, who may have rooted it.
To be sure if your device has not been altered, OS-wise, please do the following:
In the Members app, go to the Support tab and then tap on Phone diagnostics. Then run the one for Official software. See what it says. I have attached a screenshot to this message.
