On my Samsung Galaxy S10 running OneUI 4.1, my phone suddenly isn't vibrating anymore for calls. Messages are vibrating though. I tried resetting settings and even clearing cache from recovery but to no avail.
Try soft reset by pressing and holding power + volume down button until your phone automatically restarts and Samsung logo showed up then release the buttons.
Hi greetings! Remove your sim, turn on flight mode and after 10 seconds soft reset your phone. Then change your ringtone to none then change to whatever you like with sound and vibration enabled. Lastly restart your phone and check.
