Will Galaxy S8 receive September 2018 security update? It says latest updates have already been installed.

R u in Bangladesh now? If u r in Bangladesh u may update it because update has been released in Bangladesh .U need to do factory reset and then u will be able to update the software and i hope all its sensors will work.

After reseting select Bangladesh as ur country then check the software update.

but I think since I brought the phone from uae, will receive the update once uae smg950fd release the update, because I unboxed my s8 in Bangladesh so I probably choose my region as Bangladesh, but as you can see it still havent recieved the update despite choosing my country as Bangladesh

Send me the screenshot of ur software version or match it with the version underlined in the pic. If ur verison matches then ur country is selected as Bangladesh if not then send screenshot i will check and tell its detail.
