Galaxy S2) Power off your device and while turning it back on, hold the volume up and power key continually till you see the "SAMSUNG" logo displayed.
3) Once you see a menu, using your volume buttons, navigate to wipe partition cache (I'm not what I typed is exact, but it should be something on the lines of wipe cache
4) Use your power key to select
5) After completion, select reboot device. Your device should start up normally.
