3rd solution download samfw frp tool and go to Samsung/CSC

Enable usb debugging from developer option in phone
Connect device to pc
Change csc to TMB Tmobile

After device will restert You will receive updates and this will not factory reset your phone

If you're having trouble getting the stable version of One UI 6.1, here are a few steps you can try:

Check for Updates: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install on your device to see if the update is available.

Clear Cache: Sometimes, clearing the cache of the Software Update app can help. Go to Settings > Apps > Software Update > Storage > Clear Cache.

Restart Your Device: A simple restart can sometimes resolve update issues.

Contact Samsung Support: If none of the above step's work, reach out to Samsung support for assistance. They can provide more specific guidance based on your device and region.

Note: Keep in mind that updates are often rolled out in phases, so it might take some time before it reaches all devices and regions.

You are using American model that's why you will.not get updater unless you insert American sim card

Only 2 solutions you have is you have to flash G996U1 unlocked firmware via patched odin tool then you will get updates normally

Solution 2 download Samsung smart switch application in pc or laptop and connect your phone then it will update to latest update automatically but it will take very long time

Just flash the u1 firmware then your phone will be same as international model and no bloatware apps as well but remember it will wipe the device to factory reset so.make sure backup everything and remove all the accounts and security lock such as fingerprint or pin before flashing
