Hey guys, so this message popped up when I was updating my device.

"Sorry, we weren't able to download this update. Check your network connection or connect to a charger and try again. To download this update in the future, go to Settings > System updates"

I tried 3 times...
It reaches to a certain point and then the message pops up.
I have a strong and stable internet connection though.
Please help!🥺❤

Update: I cleared the cache and the problem was solved. Thanks to Mzoony and Vikrant for taking the time to help. Now I'm able to enjoy 360°feature on my Galaxy Buds Pro😍😊

I want to use the 360° feature on my Galaxy Buds Pro. It says on Samsung's website that I need to update my software to UI 3.1 if I wish to utilize that specific feature....

What about storage?
Try restarting first
Then try deleting cache memory

Which app should I delete it's cache memory?

The whole System cache
That's by turning off your phone then press volume up button while connecting USB cable to your computer
You will see the recovery menu
Erasing cache data is the third one

If you don't know what I'm talking about then ask someone who knows
