Through this program, you can recycle your old phones at Samsung Service Centers across the UAE. Not only does your old phone get a new life, you will get a voucher worth up to AED 300 towards a new device from Samsung online store.

What you need to do?
1. Collect old phones and unused phones
2. Remove data from the device
3. Visit the participating Samsung service locations for this Recyclling program.
4. Read the tems and conditions and fill up the recycling form.
5. Drop your old device(s) in the collection box.
6. Scan the QR code and fill up the information required.
7. Wait for your gift voucher reward which will be sent via email from Samsung.

I am very disappointed from Samsung I bought galaxy fold 4 from Samsung in Abu Dhabi phone still in warranty and the screen went black suddenly took it to the service center and they said you need to pay 1999 Dirhams to check it seems you damaged it by yourself !! The phone is in perfect condition small scratches which is normal use but it’s very obvious they want to get away from fixing it
I will post on every platform against Samsung for what happened to me and will make sure no one buy the fold phones because it’s the most expensive phones and latest technology from Samsung and they can’t complete even 1 year and even in warranty but they refuse to fix it
