Greetings!

As far as I know, the Text Alignment icon has been removed from Samsung Notes in the latest update.

As someone who heavily relies on Notes having hundreds of them and regularly adding, removing and editing them, I'm affected and disappointed by that.

What makes things even worse for me is that most of them are in Arabic, so I'm unable to type text in RTL formatt, let alone being unable to center it.

I greatly wish this gets fixed ASAP and I appreciate the appearantly hard work guys at Samsung have been doing, improving their version of Android OS.

Thanks

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us.

We understand how important text alignment and proper RTL formatting are, especially when working extensively with Arabic notes. Changes in recent Samsung Notes updates may adjust or reorganize certain formatting tools, which can impact workflows that rely on text alignment options.

At this time, the availability of the text alignment icon and RTL formatting behavior depends on the current Samsung Notes app version and the installed One UI software. Please ensure that both the device software and the Samsung Notes app are updated to the latest available versions from the official sources.

Your feedback regarding the removal of the text alignment option and its impact on Arabic text usage is valuable and will be shared with the relevant team for review and future improvements. Samsung continuously works on enhancing usability based on user experience and feedback.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and suggestions.

Thanks for your quick reply!

The software is Android 16, UI 8.0 and Notes' version is 4.4.30.91 on the S25 Ultra.

Both seem to be the latest, at least in my region, yet, the problem hasn't been solved.

I hope that helps, and I appreciate your cooperation!
