S7 calling Problem....

Guys I have a s7. I'm from oman.When ever I call someone from my phone...The other person can't hear me... But I can hear their voice....Plz tell me if this is a complaint in the microphone or any software related issues....

Hello, this sounds like the Microphone is faulty, however it would be better if you take it to the nearby Samsung Store and let them Analyze it.

But when I test the hardware....
it shows that the Mic is fine.....

Have you tried to Wipe the cache partition?

actually it's my mom's phone....

Type *#0*# on dialer and test Mic before reaching the store. They also will test it with that code.

which option should I select to test the Mic....
