S6 edge fast charging not working ?

i tried everything buying different fast adapter and cable but still cable charging when i tried in S7 it was showing fast charging
first i thought maybe In settings it's off but fast charging was turned on
i thought maybe charger flex problem replaced it still same no improvement
last option was resetting but i have data this phone Doesnt even connect in laptop so i could create backup and reset

techician tried on different S6 edge it works and adapter is tested fast charging works on S7

try to charge ur phone in safe mode

dude mostly this is ur charging port is dead as you cant connect to laptop also fast charging is not working its more than 99% the usb connection port in ur device need replacing
