Any idea when the One UI 6 Beta program for S23 Ultra in UAE will start????

UAE does not receive Beta Test Program. It is currently only open for Germany, Korea, and the US. The program will soon expand to China, Poland, India, and the UK.

Can the UAE S23 version receive beta update in Germany, Poland ,UK or India??

Unfortunately No. I tried to do it with my older device. In order to try the beta, you will have to sideload it manually which can be a risky process.

I recommend that you wait for the final update instead.

Is it possible if I change my OXM XSG CSC TO INS and then enrol for beta program??

The update should be spread to all of samsung members around the world , how come this happen ?!?!?!
