I am writing to inform you that the live chat calling options no longer offer country language options. I attempted to download the options from the search bar, but was unsuccessful.

If anyone has any information or solutions regarding this issue, please let me know.

Do you mean the languages available under the interpreter / call live translate, etc? What's the language you are looking for?

I am interested in adding Spanish, Arabic, and Portuguese language options to our default calling options. Unfortunately, many more languages are not currently available.

Still, the language packs are limited. As per samsung, the next monthly update might add Arabic, Russian, and other 2 languages.
