Dear All,

I've received an update notification to the new OneUI, i've updated it, after a week the mobile is stuck on boot menu, it keep opens and restart in a loop. I've found many similary complains on the internet, but anyone has a clue what's happening and how to solve ?

did Samsung initiated a recall for the faulty devices after the update rollout ?

Free up Memory and Storage space

Your device may freeze or become unresponsive due to insufficient Memory and Storage space. If this is the case, try the following steps.

First, check your device's Memory and Storage space.

Step 1. Go to Settings, then select Device care.
Step 2. Check the remaining storage space by selecting Storage and memory space by selecting Memory.

If there is insufficient space on your device, you can clear the cache by optimizing your device. Optimization closes apps running in the background, manages abnormal battery usage, and scans for crashed apps and malware. Follow the steps below to optimize your device.

Step 1. Go to Settings and select Device care.

Step 2. Tap Optimize now.

Step 3. Once optimized, tap Done to finish

Check your device in Safe mode

Perform a Factory data reset

Same issue here. I updated to 6.1, and a day or two later my phone unexpectedly rebooted and got stuck in a boot loop. It kept getting warmer and warmer, and according to folks on Reddit, it's happened to a lot of people. I had insurance through AT&T, but the asurion people are telling me that there's nothing they can do about it, but it's probably the motherboard that needs to be replaced, which is anywhere from $200 to $400 US. Samsung isn't taking any responsibility for basically bricking people's phones. I had to upgrade just so I could have a working phone for work, but now I don't have a phone to trade in so it's going to cost me $1,000 extra. I am LIVID.
