S21 overheating if mobile data is switched on

From buying time itself my s21 ultra overheats and shut down if mobile data is switched on.Many times i have complained to service centre but they dont care.Now its almpst 9 months since i am using this phone and still i cant switch on mobile data.So i have relay only on wifi for internet.Pathetic and considering swiching to iphone for better reliability.

Expected then, no matter any phone you're using mobile data it will heat. My 13 pro max used to heat alot in 5G mobile data.

This is not like that.
Its heats and cant even touch it and battery life also drops to maximum 2 5 hrs sot.

I have given many times they ignores.Actually they know their is problem but still ignores.

My iPhone 13 pro max used to drain alot in mobile data. 69% in just 2 hour.
