Thank you for sharing the details and screenshots regarding the Quick Share issue with your Galaxy S24 Ultra. We understand that you are unable to discover Apple devices when sharing files, and that file transfers fail when receiving files from other devices after the recent security update.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure that your device is updated to the latest software version:
Settings > Software update > Download and install
  2. Restart both devices and try the Quick Share connection again.
    Check Quick Share settings:
Settings > Connected devices > Quick Share
Set "Who can share with you" to "Everyone" temporarily and test again.
Ensure that "Show available devices on share panel" is enabled.
  3. Turn Bluetooth and Wi-Fi off and on again on both devices, as Quick Share requires both connections to discover and transfer files.
  4. Clear Quick Share cache:
Settings > Apps > Quick Share > Storage > Clear cache.
  5. If sharing with Apple devices, ensure the device is using a compatible sharing method, as Quick Share compatibility with non-Galaxy devices may depend on the supported sharing features and available options.

If the issue continues after trying the above steps, please provide the following details for further investigation:

  • Galaxy S24 Ultra software version.
  • Quick Share application version.
  • The Apple device model and iOS version.
  • Whether the issue occurs with all Apple devices or only a specific device.

We appreciate your cooperation and the details you have shared, which will help us improve and investigate the reported behavior.
