Ever since i purchased the phone a fortnight ago I am having problems in calling. I can hear the voice of the connected person very clearly but the call receiving person can either not hear me or there is a very poor quantity sound at the other end.
Kindly suggest as I am thinking to go to Samsung customer service centre.

check ur device's mic functionality. on the other hand, it could be that the phone of the other line has a problem as well
