Regarding the screen brightness behavior after the recent update, kindly note that this may be related to display settings or background system optimization.
Please follow the steps below:
- Ensure Adaptive Brightness is turned off/on again from: Settings > Display > Adaptive Brightness
- Check if “Extra Dim” or any eye comfort/blue light filter mode is enabled and disable it
- Restart your device and test again
- Ensure your device is updated to the latest software version
- Optimize the device from: Settings > Battery and Device Care > Optimize Now
- If the issue persists, you may try wiping the cache partition (this will not delete your data), as it can help resolve issues after updates.
If the problem continues, we recommend backing up your data and performing a factory reset for best performance.
