I think there is some problem with the update, this cannot be a problem with my screen when I open videos or some display of slides, the lights go down and I can only lift them when going out and waiting for 10-20 seconds for the lights to stabilize and this is not automatic brightness I know this well for primitive solutions I think I tried them all but I think it is a problem with the update or something so whoever has a problem with such a problem let me know?

Is this after update?

I do not remember if it was directly, but the problems did not appear until after the last update, I think a little while ago or before, I do not remember the exact time, but this was after the update for sure.

Then please do a factory reset once and try again. Sometimes the cache in software updates mess up the setting in device.

I know its very hard, but the only way is this. Please take a backup to your laptop or external ssd or usb storage.

Thank you for sharing your concern.

Regarding the screen brightness behavior after the recent update, kindly note that this may be related to display settings or background system optimization.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure Adaptive Brightness is turned off/on again from: Settings > Display > Adaptive Brightness
  2. Check if “Extra Dim” or any eye comfort/blue light filter mode is enabled and disable it
  3. Restart your device and test again
  4. Ensure your device is updated to the latest software version
  5. Optimize the device from: Settings > Battery and Device Care > Optimize Now
  6. If the issue persists, you may try wiping the cache partition (this will not delete your data), as it can help resolve issues after updates.

If the problem continues, we recommend backing up your data and performing a factory reset for best performance.
