i have these grey translucent lines all over the screen from.today morning..the device ws working perfectly normal and now this..screen looks so disgusting

run the color test by dialing *#0#* it may help

I had the same issue & they replaced my screen under warranty. Apparently the issue is with the auto brightness sensor.
