You can make use of the assistant menu,
(Settings>Accessibility>Interaction and dexterity>Assistant menu)
OR download Samsung's official app 'One Hand Operation+'. Its really an outstanding and necessary app. It works like a build-in app itself. Thank you.

Yes , there are lots of things to explore. We can even add more number of handles. Also add the app to the quick panel.
