​While you use your device in English, the One UI beta needs to be tested across all local languages and services (like Arabic support and regional payment integrations). Samsung usually focuses on perfecting the "core" languages first in the major test markets before finalizing the Arabic localization for the official GCC rollout.
Changing your CSC can sometimes disable local features like Samsung Pay/Wallet (which is localized for UAE banks) or affect your warranty at local service centers.
