Galaxy SSamsung, this is the final warning from a loyal Galaxy customer.
I have invested heavily in the Samsung ecosystem — Galaxy phones, accessories, services, and I have also encouraged my family to use Samsung devices.
But honestly, the way Galaxy S25 Ultra users are being treated right now is unacceptable.
We paid premium money for a flagship device, but we are getting silence, delays, and zero clear communication about One UI 8.5.
This is not how a global brand should treat loyal customers.
If Samsung does not release One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy S25 Ultra — or at least provide a clear official timeline — within the next 72 hours, I will seriously start selling my Samsung ecosystem and move fully to Apple. I will also stop recommending Samsung to my family and people around me.
Customers are not begging.
Customers are demanding respect.
A flagship phone should receive flagship-level support.
Samsung, do not wait until loyal users leave before you decide to listen.
Release the update. Give us a timeline. Communicate clearly.
Silence is damaging your reputation.

I moved from Apple to Samsung and I don't regret that at all.
