Had any of you updated to the october security update? I myself had some trouble updating to this, my phone LAGS a lot and experienced returning to the heating issue and also screen freeze hope Samsung team will correct this issue. I'm still not updating my s21 ultra to a new unit because it is awesome but pls need help regarding this issue.
I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra with the latest security patch, dated October 1, 2024. Subsequently, I have experienced instances of my device unexpectedly shutting off. The initial occurrence took place when the battery level was at 54%, followed by another at 26%, and a third at 96%. In each instance, I am required to connect the phone to a power source before it will power on again. Additionally, the power button is unresponsive during these shutdowns, although the device functions normally during regular usage, enabling it to turn on and off as expected.
