Numbers in SMS are underlined as phone numbers

When I send a code for the parking service (as an example), and the message is like this: R12345 319A, the numbers 12345319 are underlined so if you click on them it opens the dialer. How can I disable numbers like these to be underlined? It happens also with third party SMS apps, but that did not happen in my HTC One A9.
Please see the attached image.
Thank you.

Where exactly is the option (ask) in the permissions? It is either allow or not allow. Also which permission?

I tried to deny all permissions and then when i open the messages app, if I keep denying everything it won't start unless I allow the 4 main permissions again.
I don't the solution you provided will fix what I mentioned in the question. But thanks anyways :)
