you better report zero support by Samsung. not a single answer to any question posted in this community. the best advertising for the handsets running stock or close to stock Android- is my UAE Note 8 being on the August security patch in the second half of November.
author of this thread asked to solve the problem caused by low quality of the firmware optimisation. To solve this problem one needs to buy smartphones running close to stock Android. I posted in another thread useless answer I got from Samsung Support for the absence of any new security patches/updates for the Note 8 since August
Note and S8 series are down because in the cheap mobile you add extra and advanced features like J7 pro series and A7 series in which both cam are 13 mps and dual fb twitter and whatsapp Why Samsung didn't add these features in Note 5 and S7 edge even in the Note 5 their is not a Memory card slot for external memory what's the game samsung and also you give edge to new Note 8 why I hate edge because their is a more chances of damages. Please Samsung in the next series of Note 9 not to give edges in this Galaxy phone And know please upgrade the Nougat for Note 5 and add some dual features and some more please.
