Not updating software. S21 5g

I bought it opwn-box. s21 5g unlocked

the last update was from February 1, 2022

and it says up-to date when i check for update

tried everything samsung reccomended

force update from smart switch

safe mode

everything

it is not updating until now

the device has android 12, One UI 4.0
