I understand you're facing a green line issue on your Samsung S21 Ultra 5G after a recent software update. This seems to be a reported issue with some S21 devices after software updates. Here are some steps you can take:
* Restart your phone: A simple restart can sometimes resolve minor software glitches that might be causing the issue.
* Check for further updates: Samsung might have released a follow-up update that addresses the green line issue. Go to Settings > Software update and see if there are any updates available.
* Boot into Safe Mode: Booting into Safe Mode temporarily disables third-party apps. If the green line disappears in Safe Mode, it indicates a conflicting app. You can then identify and uninstall the problematic app.
* Contact Samsung Support: If none of the above steps work, the issue might be hardware-related. Contact Samsung Support for further assistance. You can reach them through their website or by calling their customer service hotline.
Here's a tip to avoid similar issues in the future: Consider waiting a while before installing major software updates on your phone. This allows others to test the update and report any bugs before you update your device.
