Galaxy SDear Customer,
Thank you for participating in the Samsung Community.
If your Galaxy S24 Ultra shows weaker Wi-Fi reception compared to other devices on the same network, we recommend trying the following steps:
• Restart both the phone and the Wi-Fi router.
• Ensure the device is updated to the latest software version.
• Forget the Wi-Fi network and reconnect:
Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Select the network > Forget > Reconnect.
• Reset network settings:
Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
• Test the device on a different Wi-Fi network to determine whether the issue is related to the phone or the router.
• Remove any thick case or accessories that may interfere with signal reception.
You may also run diagnostics through Samsung Members:
Samsung Members > Support > Phone Diagnostics > Wi-Fi.
If the issue persists across multiple Wi-Fi networks after performing the above steps, we recommend visiting the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center for a detailed inspection:

Best regards,
Samsung Gulf Electronics Customer Support (SGE CS)
