Hi,
Recently my samsung galaxy S23 updated to latest one ui 7 and after i got lines on my display, then i am contacting customer service they told that we have to fix it by paying. I heard that samsung now giving free screen replacement for the phone (doesn't have warranty also) that turns to green or pink lines that complained by the one ui 7 updates. Please share any of them have this type of expirience and how you changed that.

For more details you may refer to these steps :
Restart Your Device
Check for Software Updates
Safe Mode: Boot your device into Safe Mode to determine if the issue is caused by third-party apps. To do this, press and hold the Power button, then press and hold the Power off option until you see the Safe Mode prompt. Tap "Safe Mode" and check if the white lines still appear.

However, if the issue persists after following these steps, we recommend seeking personalized assistance by visiting the nearest service center. You can find the location of the nearest service center by referring to this link: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/service-center/.

I’ve already tried that, but nothing happened. My phone display is showing a pink line. I visited customer care, and they said I need to replace the display. Since my phone is out of warranty, they told I’d have to pay for it.

However, I’ve seen many videos and posts where Samsung has replaced the display free of cost, even for devices out of warranty. My phones does not have any physical damage and this happen after the one ui 7 update. Can someone please assist me with this? I really need help.
