Mobile data issue

My S21 Ultra has some kind of mobile data issue. It disconnects sometimes whenever i use mobile data continuously . It's not sim card issue. Is this hardware issue?

Reset network settings and try.

Tried but still same issue.. 10-20 seconds disconnection most of the time

Is carrier service up to date? If not, try to update through Google Play Store.

Yes , everything is up-to-date may be it's hardware problem then? It's not much a big deal but it's annoying when playing online games there's disconnecting of mobile data for few seconds
