Galaxy SThank you for sharing your feedback.
We understand your concern regarding the Samsung Messages application. Kindly note that Samsung continuously works on improving the user experience, and in some cases, certain services or default applications may be updated or integrated with other solutions to enhance overall performance, security, and compatibility with the latest Android features.
Samsung Messages is still available on many devices; however, Google Messages may be set as the default messaging app on some models or updates. You can still switch between messaging apps from:
Settings > Apps > Default Apps > SMS app
Your feedback regarding this change has been noted and will be shared with the concerned team, as we always aim to improve our services based on customer experience.
If you have any further inquiries, please feel free to share them with us.
