Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my phone. When I try to increase or decrease the volume, it shows that I'm adjusting the headphone volume even though no headphones are connected. After that, the phone's sound completely disappears, and the only way to get it back is by restarting the phone. Could you please help me fix this issue? Thank you.

Hey, go to sound settings and check all the volume sliders. What do you see?

Also, check if your Bluetooth is connected to anything. Disable Bluetooth, check volume levels, and let me know.1785430719110.jpg

Cleaning the Audio Port
• Clean the Port: Use compressed air or a dry cotton swab to gently remove lint or dust from the headphone jack/type-c

Resetting the Connection
• Toggle Connection: Plug headphones in and out several times to reset the detection mechanism.

Manually Switching Audio Output
• Force Speaker Output: Download a third-party app like "Disable Headphone" from the Play Store to manually switch audio output back to the speakers
